We build the workflows.
You run the business.

Done-for-you automation systems on n8n, Make, Zapier and GoHighLevel, so your team stops moving work by hand.

What we build

Systems that keep working after the call ends

Six things we get asked for most. Each one is a production system, not a prototype we hand over and walk away from.

Lead Qualification Bots

AI-powered SMS and chat bots that qualify leads, answer questions, and book appointments automatically, 24/7. Built on GoHighLevel, n8n and OpenAI.

AI automation agency services

CRM Automation Pipelines

From missed call to follow-up sequence to appointment booked. We wire your entire client journey so nothing falls through the cracks.

GoHighLevel automation

Multi-Platform Integrations

OpenPhone to Airtable to Slack to GoHighLevel to Google Sheets. If two tools need to talk, we make them talk. Real-time, bidirectional, no manual entry.

Business process automation
Reporting dashboards open across two monitors at a working desk

Facebook CAPI & Ad Attribution

Server-side conversion tracking via the Facebook Conversions API. Your ad spend reports what actually happened, not what the browser saw.

n8n development

Onboarding & Client Systems

New client submits a form, a ClickUp task is created, a Slack alert fires, the welcome sequence sends. Your onboarding runs itself.

How we automate handoffs

Appointment Booking Automation

From cold lead to confirmed appointment. AI agents handle qualification, objection handling, slot offering and booking confirmation.

Workflow automation consulting

How the work actually goes

Three steps. The first one is free and you get something useful out of it whether or not you hire us.

  1. Map

    A 30-minute strategy call

We find your biggest manual bottleneck and show you exactly what we would automate. No pitch, just a real workflow blueprint.

  2. Build

    We build the system

The whole thing: n8n workflows, GoHighLevel automations, AI agents, integrations. Fully tested and documented before it touches your live data.

  3. Run

    It runs. You scale.

Leads, follow-ups, bookings and reporting handle themselves. We stay on to monitor, repair and extend the system as your business changes.

5+

Years building on GoHighLevel

24/7

Systems that never clock out

  • Chiropractic clinic

An AI agent qualifies injury leads and books the appointment

  • Real estate team

Missed call to CRM to AI follow-up in 90 seconds

  • Marketing agency

Onboarding form to ClickUp task to Slack alert to welcome email

You are the right fit if any of this sounds familiar

  • You are still following up with leads by hand
  • Your team copy-pastes between tools all day
  • You tried Zapier, it breaks, and nobody fixes it
  • You run GoHighLevel with half the features switched off
  • You want an AI agent handling conversations, not your staff
  • Your ad platform reports numbers you do not trust

Questions we get asked first

What is enterprise workflow automation?

Enterprise workflow automation is the practice of connecting the systems a business already runs (CRM, phone, email, forms, spreadsheets, project tools) so that work moves between them without a person copying, pasting or chasing it. In practice that means a lead arriving in one system automatically triggers qualification, routing, follow-up, booking and reporting across every other system, with no manual step in the middle.

Which automation platform do you build on: n8n, Make or Zapier?

We pick the platform per workflow rather than defaulting to one. Zapier suits simple, low-volume triggers. Make handles branching logic and higher volume at lower cost. n8n is what we reach for when a workflow needs custom code, self-hosting, AI agents or data that cannot leave your infrastructure. Most systems we deliver use two or more of them alongside GoHighLevel, and we tell you which we chose and why.

How long does it take to build an automation system?

It starts with a 30-minute strategy call where we map your biggest manual bottleneck. From there, a scoped build typically moves in phases: the highest-value workflow goes live first so you get the time back early, then we layer on the rest. The exact timeline depends on how many systems need to be integrated and how clean the data in them is, both of which we assess on the call before quoting anything.

Will this work with the CRM and tools we already use?

Yes, that is the point. We integrate with what you already run rather than asking you to migrate. Common stacks we connect include GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, OpenPhone and the Facebook Conversions API. If a tool exposes an API or webhook, it can be wired in; if it does not, we will tell you that on the call instead of after the invoice.

How do you measure the ROI of an automation build?

Before we build, we establish the baseline: how many hours per week the manual process consumes, how long leads wait for a first response, and how many fall through the cracks. After launch, the same measurements come out of the system automatically. The return shows up as recovered staff hours, faster speed-to-lead, and attribution that finally reports accurately enough to make ad-spend decisions on.

What happens after the system goes live: who maintains it?

We do. Automations break when a third-party API changes, a plan limit is hit, or a form field is renamed, and an unmaintained workflow quietly fails rather than announcing itself. We stay on after launch to monitor, repair and extend the systems we build, which is the difference between automation that compounds and the abandoned Zaps most teams have sitting in an account somewhere.
