1. Scope of agreement & definition

Welcome to Enterprise Workflow Automation (referred to below as “EWA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “user”) and EWA, concerning your access to and use of our digital platforms, auditing forms, booking structures, and bespoke automation services.

By accessing this site, scheduling an evaluation, or submitting business applications, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these entire terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing EWA services.

2. Professional services & custom audits

EWA offers done-for-you technical services. These services are intended exclusively for legitimate B2B entities, startups, and established companies seeking custom workflow integrations (using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and AI APIs).

  • Audit booking:free 30-minute strategy call slots are subject to availability and EWA’s qualification assessment of the business.
  • No advisory pitch: EWA strategy audits are structured to review existing mechanical bottlenecks and propose system paths. Advice provided on these calls is informational and illustrative.

3. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, EWA retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and ownership of all designs, workflow architecture templates, website assets, system illustrations, SVG assets, interactive diagrams, and source code generated on this site. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or commercially exploit EWA’s branding or proprietary workflows without express written permission.

4. User undertakings & submission accuracy

By transmitting data through our qualifying application, you undertake that:

  • • All registration and contact details you submit are genuine, accurate, and current.
  • • You hold the required authority to share business metrics (such as revenue ranges or tool access).
  • • Your use of EWA services will not violate any applicable local or federal laws.

5. Limitation of liability

EWA operates as a customized systems integrator. While we build highly optimized networks, EWA, its founders, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or any customized pipelines we deliver.

This limitation extends specifically to any downtime, operational disruptions, API rate limit locks, or policy modifications initiated by external third-party tools we integrate, including but not limited to Make, Zapier, n8n, or GoHighLevel.

6. Governing jurisdiction & Wyoming representation

These Terms & Conditions and your utilization of EWA’s platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be settled in the state or federal courts situated in Wyoming.

7. Modernization & dynamic amendments

We reserve the right to review, update, or revise these terms dynamically to align with our latest software standards or system architecture changes. It remains your responsibility to verify terms periodically.
